3. Responsibility Limitation
Once a parcel has been handed over to the third-party courier partner, we do not hold direct responsibility for transit delays, loss, or damage during shipment. While we facilitate communication and provide tracking information, the actual transportation is carried out by the chosen courier provider and is subject to their terms and conditions.
4. Client Consent
By using our services, clients authorize us to act on their behalf to choose a suitable courier company to handle the shipment. Clients confirm that the contents of their packages are lawful, properly packaged, and allowed under shipping regulations.
5. Claims and Disputes
Claims related to loss or damage of parcels must be raised within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date. Such claims will be processed in accordance with the policy of the respective courier company, and supporting documents (like invoice, photos, etc.) may be required.

We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any courier company we may use, nor do we guarantee delivery timelines.
